Founded in 2012, the MCA’s goal is to provide West Michigan, Muskegon in particular, with a happening cultural refuge. We are an ALL VOLUNTEER group of creatives & dedicated citizens that believe in creating a space that provides artists of various kinds, a place to create, display, perform, and explore their art form. One where community is the key to inspiration and success, and a synergy is born, making exposure and marketing simple and affordable. Also, for the enhancement and expansion of arts and artists in the greater community.
All original artwork of our Muskegon Center for the Arts artist members is displayed in the Red Lotus Gallery (our home base) on the lower level of the historic Century Club building at 356 W. Western Ave. in downtown Muskegon. New work is displayed monthly per curating updates.
